By allowing Windows Scripts (also known as batches) EDI Engine™ opens the option to allow the running of any additional third-party application or to link EDI Engine™ data exchange processes to other applications.

Meta-tags
Includes additional commands to Windows Scripts related to EDI Engine™.Meta-tags are parsed before executing the script (examples of meta-tags are EDI Engine™'s file name and location and communication conduit parameters).
